Olmstead & Associates today announced that Dr. John W. Olmstead, president of the legal management consulting group, will speak at a session on the topic of “Improving Client Service Through Effective Interpersonal Communications” at a seminar sponsored by The Horton Group of Chicago. In this uncertain economic climate, maintaining a solid client base is critical to remaining successful. Dr. John Olmstead shares insights and tips on improving interpersonal communications skills both within the office and with clients and colleagues.

Dr. Olmstead is a Certified Management Consultant and the president of Olmstead & Associates, Legal Management Consultants and Life On Balance. Both firms are based in St. Louis, Missouri.
