Legal Management Consultant John Olmstead to Participate in Illinois State Bar Conference

ST. LOUIS, MO, May 15, 2007…

Olmstead & Associates today announced that Dr. John W. Olmstead, president of the legal management consulting group, will facilitate a session on “Marketing on a Shoe String” at the Breakfast Symposium hosted by the Law Office Management and Economics Standing Committee of the Illinois State Bar Association. This event is part of the Illinois State Bar Association’s annual conference.

The conference is being held on June 22, 2007 in Lake of Geneva, Wis., at the Abbey Resort. Olmstead will facilitate the session. Roger Rutherford of Springfield, Illinois and Mary Corrigan of Peoria, Illinois will also serve as speakers and co-facilitators. Olmstead’s primary role as facilitator will be to lead discussion on the topic and act as an informative resource.

Dr. Olmstead is a Certified Management Consultant and the president of Olmstead & Associates, Legal Management Consultants and Life On Balance. Both firms are based in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Olmstead has more than 39 years experience in law firm management and working with law firms. He has lectured for the Association of Legal Administrators, St. Louis Metropolitan Bar Association, Missouri Trial Attorneys, IBM, Illinois State University, Illinois State Bar Association, Solo-Map CPA Association of St. Louis and many other national, state, and local bar associations.
