Legal Management Consultant John Olmstead To Participate In CLE Program In Springfield Missouri

Olmstead & Associates today announced that Dr. John W. Olmstead, president of the legal management consulting group, will be a presenter at an upcoming CLE program hosted by the Law Practice Management Section of the Springfield Missouri Metropolitan Bar Association. This is part of the Springfield Missouri Metropolitan Bar Association CLE Program Series.

The program is being held on January 27, 2005 in Springfield, Missouri at the Tower Club. Olmstead will present “Using Technology To Manage Your Practice.” Other speakers will speak on similar topics pertinent to law office management.

Dr. Olmstead has more than 34 years of experience in law firm management and working with other professional service firms. He is president of Olmstead & Associates, a legal management-consulting firm based in St. Louis. He also is Editor-in-Chief of The Lawyers Competitive Edge: The Journal of Law Office Economics and Management, published by West Group. His doctoral work in Business Administration concentrated on organizational behavior and marketing. He has lectured for the Association of Legal Administrators, St. Louis Metropolitan Bar Association, Missouri Trial Attorneys, IBM, Illinois State University, Illinois State Bar Association, Solo-Map CPA Association of St. Louis and many other state and local bar associations.
