Legal Management Consultant John Olmstead to Present On Starting-Building-Managing a Law Firm at John Marshall Law School

Olmstead & Associates recently announced that Dr. John W. Olmstead, president of the legal management consulting group, will speak at the Law Practice Managment Class at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, on the topic of “Starting-Building-Managinga Law Firm”.  A focused and well managed practice is an achievable goal for all attorneys. John Olmstead will inform and educate attendees on issues and challenges involved and how to develop plans to start, grow, and transition their practices from Starting – Phase I to Building – Phase II and Managing – Phase III.

The presentation will be held November 5, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.

Dr. Olmstead is a Certified Management Consultant and the president of Olmstead & Associates, Legal Management Consultants and Life On Balance. Both firms are based in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Olmstead has more than 40 years experience in law firm management and working with law firms.
