Legal Management Consultant John Olmstead To Faciliate Five Hour Strategic Planning Workshop at Indiana State Bar Solo & Small Firm Conference

Olmstead & Associates today announced that Dr. John W. Olmstead, president of the legal management consulting group, will faciliate a strategic planning workshop conducted over five sessions at the Annual Solo and Small Firm Conference, hosted by the Indiana State Bar Association.

The workshop will consist of the following three Parts:

• Fundamentals of Business Planning – Part I
• Fundamentals of Business Planning – Part II – Workshop
• Fundamentals of Business Planning – Part III – Workshop

Part I will set the stage and build the foundation and Parts II and III use a workshop format and a law firm case study.

The three-day conference is being held June 6-8, 2011 at the French Lick Resort in French Lick, Indiana. The conference will provide a blend of outstanding national speakers and state bar practitioners.

Dr. Olmstead is a Certified Management Consultant and the president of Olmstead & Associates, Legal Management Consultants and Life On Balance. Both firms are based in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Olmstead has more than 40 years experience in law firm management and working with law firms.
