Deborah K. Olmstead is Communications and Project Manager with Olmstead & Associates, a practice management, marketing, and technology consulting firm that works with law and other professional service firms ranging in size from 100 professionals to firms with solo practitioners. The firm, founded in 1984 and based out of St. Louis, Missouri serves clients across the United States assisting them with implementing change and improving operational and financial performance, management, leadership, client development and marketing.
Mrs. Olmstead has over 25 years of experience working with business organizations in marketing and management. She received her degree in business management from Albert Lea College in Minnesota. Her marketing assignments have included marketing and event planning, media coordination, public relations, design and coordination of marketing collateral materials, lead follow-up and coordination, advertising, marketing research and customer/client surveys, development of marketing training courses, and training and coaching professional and staff employees.
During her eight years with Olmstead & Associates Mrs. Olmstead has conducted thousands of client and customer satisfaction interviews for law firms, banks, and other business organizations that has helped them implement organizational changes and improve service.
Mrs. Olmstead served as Vice President of Membership, Institute of Management Consultants, St. Louis Chapter, for the years 2004, 2005, and 2006.
